Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for accurate event details, venue access, schedule updates, attendee communication, and honoring the published ticket and refund terms.
Platform Use
Do not misuse payment flows, tickets, QR codes, attendee data, organizer tools, or support channels. KUL Events may restrict access where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
Changes and Cancellations
Event details may change. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, the organizer and KUL Events support channels should provide next steps for affected attendees.
